On almost every mix I do the @tridentaudio Hi-Lo and 80b eq cover my main guitars. Extreme versatility between those two units.
Vocals and Snare almost always going through the @rupert_neve 535 compressor and 551 eq. Weight, control and punch to the snare. Smooth thickness and beautiful control to the vocals.
The @art_proaudio TPS II is always my parallel saturation for guitars. I have two settings that I LOVE!

This week has been all about mixing. When mixing E

This week has been all about mixing. When mixing EPs I really love it when I get to mix the entire EP at the same time as opposed to singles. The whole process changes when I can just get lost in the artists songs. It’s wonderfully creative and working with the artist in realtime on their mixes makes the process smooth and quick.
This week has been all remote so I have been streaming the mixes to the artist using ListenTo from @audiomovers . Then we jump on a call or video chat and it’s just like having the artist here in the studio with me. I love it!!
